"Maldivian Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture Ibrahim Didi signs a declaration calling on countries to cut down carbon dioxide emissions ahead of a major U.N. climate change conference in December, in the Maldives, October 17, 2009. The Maldivian president and ministers held the world's first underwater cabinet meeting, in a symbolic cry for help over rising sea levels that threaten the tropical archipelago's existence" COOL

I'm doing way more work than I thought I would be on Christmas break. Applying for scholarships, applying for EAP, updating passport, paying for next quarter's tuition.

Man, I just want to sleep

I was at the Long Marine Lab before I came home today, and there were a bunch of aquarium displays so me and my friends were looking at them.

There was this little asian girl there, must have been about two, and when I walked past her, she looked right at me and said, "ah sah-da nawcrawkaw."

I wasn't sure what she said, but I knew she was looking right at me, so i just looked at her and smiled.

She said,"ah sah-da nawcrawkaw."
"Oh really?" I said.
"ah sah-da nawcrawkaw."

Then her mom, who was laughing the entire time, said, "she says, 'I saw the Nutcracker".

Then I started laughing and told the little girl I hadn't seen the Nutcracker in years. She was adorable.

One day, after Moses had grown up, he went out to where his own people were and watched them at their hard labor. He saw an Egyptian beating a Hebrew, one of his own people. 12Glancing this way and that and seeing no one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. 13The next day he went out and saw two Hebrews fighting. He asked the one in the wrong, “Why are you hitting your fellow Hebrew?”

14The man said, “Who made you ruler and judge over us? Are you thinking of killing me as you killed the Egyptian?” Then Moses was afraid and thought, “What I did must have become know

You know how some people have a bad habit of tapping their feet in class? I have a bad habit of banging stuff with my fists when i'm bored or have eaten too much sugar.

I was at Owl's Nest and waiting for my food and talking to some people and I absentmindedly started banging a aluminum can on the table really loudly and everyone in the restaurant looked at me waiting to see if I would make a speech.

And today, while waiting to take a final, I started banging my fist on the tables that pop up next to the chairs to some beat that was in my head until the girl next to me told me to stop hahah.

I also tap my feet when I'm bored. but I tap it toe-toe heel-heel toe-toe heel-heel toetoeheeltoetoeheelheeltoetoeheeltoetoeheelheel and usually in 16th-notes that then become 16th-note triplets (or whatever those are called) when I tap faster

Heard some girl at the music hall playing the 2nd part of Bach's Unaccompanied Cello Suite No.1 on the Marimba. It sounded really interesting. I think I'll buy one. They're only 7000$...
